This includes the ISO 9001 standard whilst adding requirements for the quality system of the aerospace industry. These additions are in the design-and-development functions that are essential to ensure product, process and service safety and quality.
We are certified AS9100D in our Santa Ana, and Tecate facilities to ensure our Aerospace customer orders are met consistently, on time and to the correct specifications.

This standard consists of specific requirements and acceptance for cable and wire harness assembly workmanship.
Wire and data cable assemblies are being integrated into increasingly complex, high-technology products. Our customer expectations regarding quality have risen accordingly.
To ensure the highest possible quality, we have aligned our production processes with the IPC/WHMA A-620 standard since 2012 with our certified trainers.

The IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies has emerged as the preeminent authority for electronics assembly manufacturing.
The standard describes materials, methods and verification criteria for producing high quality soldered interconnections. The standard emphasizes process control and sets industry-consensus requirements for a broad range of electronic products.
To support our commitment to continuous operations and product improvement we have J-STD-001 certified IPC trainers since 2012.
